Terms & Conditions

Edit the terms and conditions of your invoice to ensure your customer pays you on time.

To edit an existing invoice, in the jobs table, click the Edit icon on the right-hand side of the row of the job you want to edit. This opens the Edit Invoice page.

The Terms & Conditions tab contains default terms you have created for your invoices.

Terms and Conditions

Toolbot displays the default Terms & Conditions you have applied in your account Settings. The text can be updated here, and you can choose to Save, and only send the terms for this job or, click Save as Default to update the terms that will be applied to all future invoices.

Good to know

You can use different wording depending on whether you are sending out an estimate, quote, or invoice.
