Detail
Update the parts and materials, labour, and certificates you used to complete this job.
To edit an existing invoice, in the jobs table, click the Edit icon on the right-hand side of the row of the job you want to edit. This opens the Edit Invoice page.
The Detail tab contains the materials, labour, and certificates required to complete the job. If these differ from the original estimate or quote, you can amend the quantities:

Parts & Materials
To amend the original estimate or quote, click on the Parts & Materials button to open the pop-up window with all items from your catalogue. Use the Search box to look up an item, or scroll through your catalogue.
In the Quantity column, enter the number of items you used for this job. Toolbot automatically adds this to, or updates the invoice.
You can also add an item to your catalogue from this pop-up. Click Add Item to open the Add Item window and complete all the required information. See My Catalogue for further instructions.
Click Close when you have finished adding parts and materials.
Labour
You can update the time it took to complete the job if this is different from your original estimate or quote. Click on the Labour button to open the pop-up window with all your Labour Rates. Use the Search box to look up an item, or scroll through your catalogue.
In the Quantity column, enter or update the number against the rate. Toolbot automatically adds this to, or updates the invoice.
Click Close when you have finished adding your labour rates.
Certificates
If you issued a certificate for the work that was not included in the original estimate or quote, click on the Certificates button to open the pop-up window to display a list of the Certificates in your price list.
From the list, select the certificate, and then click Add. Repeat this process for multiple certificates.
Removing Items
To remove a line item from your invoice, simply click the bin icon on the right-hand side of the line item. In the confirmation window, click Yes to continue and remove it, or Cancel to exit and keep the item.
Click Terms & Conditions to move to the next tab.
