How to update your account password.

We recommend updating your password every three months to keep your account secure. Choose a password that is at least 14 characters long, and combines upper and lower case letters, along with numbers, and special characters.

If you are locked out of your account and have problems resetting your password, please contact our customer support team.

To update your password, click on your name in the top right-hand corner of the screen, and then select My Profile from the menu. Click on the Password tab, and fill in the form.

To change your password, you first need to enter your existing password.

New Password

Type in the new password you want to use.

Confirm Password

Re-type or paste in your new password.

Click Save to update your account.

Forgotten Your Password?

Reset Your Password

You can reset your password at any time. From the Login page, click Forgot your password? to open the Reset Password page. Enter your email address, then click Send Password Reset Link.

Within a few minutes, you should receive an email with a link to reset your password. Please check your spam folder if this does not arrive within 10 minutes. If your email never arrives, please email our customer support team.
