Terms & Conditions

Edit the terms and conditions of your estimate or quote to ensure your customer knows what to expect before contracting you for the job.

To edit an existing estimate or quote, in the jobs table, click the Edit icon on the right-hand side of the row of the job you want to edit. This opens the Edit Estimate page.

The Terms & Conditions tab contains default terms you have created. For a new quote or estimate, you need to complete the Header tab before working on this tab:

Terms and Conditions

Toolbot displays the default Terms & Conditions you have applied in your account Settings. The text can be updated here, and you can choose to Save, and only send the terms for this job or, click Save as Default to update the terms that will be applied to all future jobs.

Good to know

You can use different wording depending on whether you are sending out an estimate or a quote.
