Accreditations

Add accreditations to your account to show customers how you are governed.

Accreditations inform your customers that you are registered with a governing body for your trade, or belong to business associations.

Good to Know

Including accreditations demonstrates your competency as a skilled tradesperson and enhances your reputation.

You can add as many accreditations as you want for your trade.


To open the Accreditations tab, click Settings on the main menu on the left-hand side of the Toolbot screen. Then click on the Accreditations tab.

Add an Accreditation

To add an accreditation to your account, click Add Accreditation. This opens the Add Accreditation window. Select an option from the pre-loaded list, such as NAPIT or The Gas Safety Register. Then enter your registration or membership number. Click Save.

If you have an accreditation or business association that is not already included, scroll to the end of the list, and under Others, choose Add New. Enter the name of the association, and your registration or membership number. Click Save.


Update an Accreditation

To amend an existing accreditation, navigate to the Accreditations tab, and in the table of your accreditations, click the edit icon on the item you want to update. This opens the Edit Accreditation window. Update your details, and click Save to confirm the changes.


Delete an Accreditation

To delete an existing accreditation, navigate to the Accreditations tab, and in the table of your accreditations, click the delete icon on the item you want to remove. When the confirmation window displays, click Yes to continue, or Cancel to exit without deletion.
